(1) Drinking, cooking, and cooking all use weakly alkaline water (Ph7.5-8.5, ORP<-300mv). (4) After brushing your teeth, rinse your mouth with strong acid water to avoid oral diseases. Wash your face with softened water and rinse your hands and face with strong acid water for 5-10 seconds. After taking a shower, spray strong acid water on your whole body for one minute to avoid itching. Wash your hands 3-5 times a day with strong acid water and soak your feet for 10 minutes to avoid athlete's foot.

(5) The indoor air shall be disinfected twice a week. One hundred square meters of 2 liters of strong acid water shall be sprayed with a spray, and the furniture, glass and floor shall be wiped with strong acid water. The effect is good and it can also kill bacteria.

(6) Wash clothes with strong alkali, do not add laundry detergent for those that are not very dirty. After washing underwear, socks, and shoes, soak them in strong acid water for 3-5 minutes to kill bacteria. Clothes that do not fade should also be regularly soaked in strong acid water for disinfection.

(7) Rinse and disinfect the bathtub and toilet with strong acid water after use to avoid odors.

(8) Regularly disinfect children's clothing, toys, etc. with strong acid water.
